MY #SINULOG2016 EXPERIENCE

The Sinulog Festival is one of the biggest and most colorful festivals in the Philippines. It is held every year on the third Sunday of January to honor the Sto.Niño or the child Jesus, who used to be a saint of the whole province of Cebu. The word "Sinulog" is derived from the root word sulog which means river current; the dancing of the festival is thought to flow like a river.
It is already understandable to us that Sinulog is all about our love, trust and faith to the child Jesus or Sto. Niño. In the other hand, some of us celebrates Sinulog in a different way through walking in the streets of Cebu attending the mardi gra and partying all night.
I celebrated Sinulog 2016 quite different from the past year because I attended a rave party. Yes, I am talking about #HyperWonderland. It was my first time to attend a rave and it was fun indeed. This may sound weird but I met a lot of people without knowing or asking for their names so if you're the person I've met "hi".
We took these photos a week before Sinulog because I joined a contest. Luckily, I won. It was also the same outfit I wore during Hyper Wonderland  or the rave I am talking about.

Outfit Details

Top (ISLAND SOUVENIRS)
Bottom (THRIFTED)
