Owned by one of the prominent family in Cebu, the Villalon Mansion or commonly known as "The House on the Hill" had become famous to many for its haunting stories.
Some claims that they reportedly saw a White Lady coming through the house but until now, all of those stories remains a folklore.
The house is off limits to the public and you can only enter it through an invitation from the owner.
