Working as a Store Development Specialist in my previous company, I got to enjoy a lot of perks. One of it is being able to explore Region 8 and meet new people.I was given a chance to know all the towns in Leyte and  discover the best of each town.

Dagami, Leyte is one of the inland towns in Leyte that I visited with scenic views and crystal clear rivers  that will make you want to drink it.

It also happens Dagami is the province of my colleague so she invited us to take a quick trip.
How to get there?
From Cebu

Ride a fastcraft from Cebu to Ormoc for only Php 675.00. Upon arriving in Ormoc City, ride a Vhire going to Tacloban, City for only Php 130.00 and tell the driver to drop you off at Robinsons Marasbaras then ride a bus or jeepney going to Dagami, Leyte for only Php 30.00.
The town is also famous for its local delicacies called "binagol" which is a Filipino sweet steamed delicacy made from mashed giant taro corns, condensed milk, sugar, coconut milk and egg yolks. (Don't forget to try one)
