I was strolling around Mabolo area on a rainy Sunday night when a saw a newly opened Milk Tea Shop named Uncle Balbas.
The chill and artsy vibe from the outside caught my eyes so I gave it a try. As a fan of cream cheese, I ordered Milkcap Pearl Matcha for only Php 120.00. 
Overall, it was delicious. The taste is good and the staffs are very accommodating.

This place is for you if you wanted to avoid crowded and noisy milk tea shops.
Exact location: Juan Luna across MJ Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City (across Andoks Mabolo)
