I've been eyeing on this fringe skirt for quite a long time and now, I finally got one from Forever 21 sale for only 7 dollars. There's something in this fringe skirt that makes me wanna dance. The way it sways and glides when I walk is definitely fantastic and as what I have observed, fringe skirt is booming in the fashion industry right now because it's totally eye catching and could take your outfit to the next level.
